At The Table

Last night we kicked off all of the many youth programs we have at Sugarloaf. I have been fortunate enough to lead the 9th and 10th grade group. Despite my worries and nerves, the program went very well. It's funny how that works. People get nervous. I understand that, but I get worried about stuff. And I'm always wrong. I guess I can call it nerves if I want to. Or I can call it what it really is. Distrust, lack of faith in God... I'm glad that I'm always wrong though. It builds the faith. It shows me that God is God and this is His plan and I'm just a part of it because he has chosen me to be. That's life, not just youth ministry.

I can't wait to get back into the apartments next Tuesday. God had me elsewhere this summer but I missed it none the less.

On a totally different note, I feel like God has something big planned. It's like something is about to happen that's going to change my life tremendously and I have no idea what it could be. Whatever it is, I'm excited about it.

pray for all of this stuff. I would appreciate that.

Dude, you said something similar before you left for WorldChangers. You expect big things from God, not because of who we are, but because of who He is. That's good.

We miss you being at HBF. (11th & 12th Grades.) But I guess the 9th & 10th graders need a leader just as much as juniors & seniors. Actually, they probably need leaders more.

I'm officially a Blogging geek, I finally figured out how to get a picture for my profile & comments. (Not a good picture, but I figured it out none the less.)
